The Licensed Clinician provides independent, consultative clinical support to adult residential and community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex behavioral and mental health needs. Clinicians play a key role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS) in alignment with DDS regulations and best practice standards, ensuring behavioral supports are person-centered, rightsaffirming, and clinically sound.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within adult residential settings, understands the clinical and regulatory complexities of supporting adults with ID/DD, values interdisciplinary teamwork, and is motivated by helping individuals live safer, more fulfilling lives through evidence-based, PBIS-informed, and person-centered approaches.
